TacoBird™ assumes its customers have the rights for usage on all trademarked and/or copyrighted logos and designs submitted to us. We will assume no liability in any trademark or copyright infringement disputes. The customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for trademark or copyright infringements.
If there is an error on our part with your order, we will replace the item or correct the item to the customers satisfaction.
Orders can be picked up at our address or shipped at client's cost
All orders require pre-payment of digitizing cost, 50% of the apparel before production can be started and payment when products are pick-up.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance at TacoBird™. We protect the privacy of our customers to the greatest extent possible. We never sell, share or furnish any information about our customers to anyone outside our company.
To reduce risk on TacoBird™ part we no longer take any items that are not purchased from the site apparel section of our website.
Due to the nature of the product being fully custom we do not accept returns.
There is a charge fee for orders needed less than the normal producction time at an additional 30% of total order.
Due to the nature of the special orders we fill, we require all orders to be submitted to us in writing to ensure that we decorate your item correctly.
Our normal time for a production is 2-3 weeks from when the order has been placed and payment has been fully recieved. During holiday seasons this may vary depending on the demand.
